This shuttle vector contains the complete ORF for the gene of interest, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. It is inserted NotI to AscI. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector.

• CD2 is a type I glycoprotein belonging to the Ig superfamily and is expressed on T, NK, B, and some antigen presenting cells.
• CD2 binds CD58 on antigen presenting cells to induce co-stimulating signals in T cells.
• The insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
