Description

Excellent thermal uniformity within the chamber volume and resistant to day-to-day wear and tear. These models are not designed for ashing.

These models have two, side mounted, free radiating elements to ensure rapid heat up, reducing waiting time to maximum temperature by up to 50% compared with conventional slab element designs. This design also provides excellent thermal uniformity within the chamber volume and resistance to day-to-day wear and tear. However, they are not suited for ashing, please see AAF (FTD-588) range for dedicated ashing models.

• Precise push button temperature setting, with single ramp and timer (301) or option of 8 (3216P1) or 20 (3508P1) step programmer for multiple heating ramps, dwells and cooling ramps
• Safety features include positive break door-open switch and double skinned body for safe outer surface temperature and vertical parallel lift door design which partially protects user from heat radiation when loading and unloading
• Excellent resistance to abrasion is provided by the use of hard wearing refractory materials in the door surround and hearth. Ideal for metal and ceramic heat treatment applications
