Gibco Cell Therapy Systems (CTS) DPBS is the classical Dulbecco's phosphate buffered saline, which is a balanced salt solution used for a variety of cell culture applications.

Gibco Cell Therapy Systems (CTS) DPBS is the classical Dulbecco's phosphate buffered saline, which is a balanced salt solution used for a variety of cell culture applications, such as washing cells before dissociation, transporting cells or tissue samples, diluting cells for counting, and preparing reagents. This version contains calcium and magnesium but no phenol red.

CTS quality
The Gibco CTS product line enables you to reduce your burden in qualifying reagents during your transition from research applications to clinical applications.

Products are manufactured at a site that uses methods and controls that conform to cGMP for medical devices, 21 CFR Part 820. Our FDA-registered manufacturing sites are ISO 13485– and ISO 9001–certified. This CTS DPBS (Cat. No. A4737901, 2 L) is provided in bioprocess container format with a chamber constructed from Aegis 5-14 film. The sterile, weldable DEPH-free PVC tubing with Luer lock and C-Flex™ tubing with MPC quick connector provide versatile connection options for closed system manufacturing processes.
