Single Dropout Complete Supplement Mixture used to select for yeast containing plasmids with specific nutritional markers and to select for gene function in transformation experiments. For use with DOB or YNB with the appropriate nitrogen and carbon sources.

To use, add 0.77g of CSM-Ura to each liter of purified water and DOB or DOBA. Then, autoclave at 121°C for 25 minutes for complete synthetic defined single drop-out medium for S.cerevisiae.
