Eurofins DiscoverX CSK Protein, Active
Description
CSK (C-SRC, c-src tyrosine kinase) is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase that catalyzes the tyrosine phosphorylation of Src family members at C-terminal, promoting an intramolecular association between the phosphotyrosine and the Src homology 2 (SH2) domain and negatively regulating Src catalytic activity in vivo. Although CSK has substantial homology to Src kinases, it lacks the C-terminal regulatory tyrosine found in Src kinases.
GenBank X60114 (CDS GB 30314)
