Description

COSA CIP 95 is a liquid alkaline detergent for the pharmaceutical , biotech and cosmetic industries.

  • Especially suitable for the removal of soiling like residues from tablet coverings in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry.
  • With the addition of special cleaning boosters,COSA CIP 95 is suitable for the cleaning of product lines with fatty and gel-containing residues.
  • Suitable for CIP-systems.
  • Highly efficient against residues from tablet coverings.
  • Surfactant free.
  • For general CIP application (Homogenizers, pipelines, coaters, tanks, etc): Concentration: 1 to 3% COSA CIP 95 solution, Temperature: 5°C to 95°C (ideally 60°C to 80°C), Contact time: depending on degree and type of soiling.
  • Concentration, temperature and cleaning time can be optimized by evaluation of respective cleaning trials.
  • Final rinse with water of minimum drinking water quality, ensuring all soil and product residues are removed.
