Description
The MA1-7415 antibody reacts with Clostridium difficile toxin B in bacterial and infected tissue samples. MA1-7415 has been successfully used in ELISA applications and can be paired with MA1-7412 for sandwich ELISA. The MA1-7415 antibody was raised against Toxin B of Clostridium dificile. Store at 4ºC until ready to use. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles by storing aliquots at -20ºC.
Clostridium difficile is a species of bacteria of the genus Clostridium which are Gram-positive, anaerobic, spore-forming rods (bacillus). C.difficile is the most significant cause of pseudomembranous colitis, a severe infection of the colon.
