Eurofins DiscoverX CLK3 Protein, Active
Description
CLK3 (CDC Like Kinase 3) is a dual specificity protein kinase which is involved in gene splicing regulation. The CLK family has four family members: CLK1/STY, CLK2, CLK3 and CLK4. CLKs are useful targets for studying diseases attributed to gene mis-splicing events.
GenBank NM_003992. The CLK3 construct contains the translational conflicts T132S and G133S with respect to the accession number given. These are both reported in GB BC019881.
