For reconstitution, add sterile, distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of 1 mg/mL. Gently shake to solubilize the protein completely. Do not vortex. CD64 (FCGR1A) encodes a protein that plays an important role in the immune response. CD64 is a high-affinity Fc-gamma receptor and is one of three related gene family members located on chromosome 1. CD64 plays an important role in the immune response and its dysfunction has been studied in cervical adenitis and tetrasomy 21.
