CD318 (CDCP1) Monoclonal Antibody (CSTEM26), Alexa Fluor™ 647, eBioscience™, Invitrogen™
Description
This monoclonal antibody CSTEM26 reacts with human CD318, also known as CUB domain-containing protein 1 (CDCP1) and Trask. Applications Reported: This CSTEM26 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. Applications Tested: This CSTEM26 antibody has been pre-diluted and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human induced pluripotent stem cells. This may be used at 5 μL (0.125 μg) per test. A test is defined as the amount (μg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 μL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. Excitation: 633-647 nm; Emission: 668 nm; Laser: Red Laser. Filtration: 0.2 μm post-manufacturing filtered.
