  • CARE Circle is exclusively available for BUCHI devices that are still under warranty or have had a preventative maintenance performed within the last 12 months
  • The agreement is all-inclusive, in which all parts, labor, and travel for both the on-demand service visits and the preventative maintenance service are included in the price of the agreement
  • Additional benefits include phone support for basic troubleshooting and priority scheduling
  • The CARE Circle Plus agreement will automatically renew every 12 months
  • BUCHI will notify you before the renewal date, and you can cancel at any time by giving BUCHI at least 30 days' notice
