Description

Liquid Trap prevents liquid from entering the pump.

  • Liquid Trap, is placed between the RapidVap and diaphragm pump to prevent liquids from entering the pump when using high boiling point solvents.
  • Consists of borosilicate glass container with 2550 mL trapping capacity, two 1/2 in. diameter stems with elbows, foam insulation lid, and epoxy-coated steel bracket with hooks that allow the trap to hang on the side of the RapidVap Vacuum System.
  • Alternatively, the bracket serves as a stand to stabilize the glass container resting on a flat work surface.
  • This trap may also be used with pre-2005 CentriVap Cold Traps.
