Description

The Invitrogen Bigfoot Spectral Cell Sorter provides power, performance, and flexibility to accelerate cutting edge discoveries.

The addition of this Spectral Sorting and Analysis Package for Sasquatch Software (SQS) allows the operator to sort and analyze either spectrally unmixed data or traditional compensated data on the Bigfoot cell sorter. This option must be added to the instrument to enable spectral sorting and analysis.

This Spectral Sorting and Analysis Package provides full spectrum data using up to 55 detectors for 30+ colors.Including the spectral capabilities on the Bigfoot sorter enables:

  • Experimental design tools with complexity indices and a spectral similarity matrix
  • Automated protocol and spectral plot generation for running controls
  • Subtraction of auto-fluorescence signal from experimental samples
  • Real-time spectral unmixing of samples during acquisition or sorting
