Separates various growth factors by media type. Isolates, differentiates and identifies Haemophilus species based on the X- and V-factor growth requirements and the hemolysis of horse blood.

  • Facilitates identification and eliminates the difficulties associated with inspecting and interpreting undivided colonies
  • After 24 hours of incubation, the Quad Plate will indicate the presence or absence of growth in specific quadrants, depending on X- and V-factor requirements for the various Haemophilus species
