With 96 buffer wells and an adjacent protein well AxyGem Plate is an SBS standard 96-well sitting-drop, high-throughput protein crystallization plate with 96 buffer wells (maximum volume of 250μL) and one adjacent protein well (maximum volume of 4.3μL)

An SBS standard 96-well sitting-drop, high-throughput protein crystallization plate.

  • Made of optically clear polystyrene to enable precise crystal visualization
  • The buffer well has a novel D-shape geometry located on the right, with elevated round shape protein well located to its left
  • Can be filled manually with pipetters or with automated liquid handling workstations
  • The plate is sealed with commercially available clear adhesive seals, including Axygen™ UltraClear film
