The monoclonal antibody 4D5/A7/C5 reacts with human CXC chemokine, interferon gamma inducible protein (IP-10). IP-10 is inducible in monocytes, keratinocytes, and endothelial cells by IFN-γ. This antibody is routinely tested by ELISA Capture. Other applications were tested at BD Biosciences Pharmingen during antibody development only or reported in the literature.
