IKAROS Monoclonal Antibody (SP108), Invitrogen™
Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody
Brand: Invitrogen MA516418
Description
Heat-mediated antigen retrieval is recommended prior to staining, using an EDTA buffer, pH 8.0, for 10 minutes followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min. Following antigen retrieval, incubate samples with primary antibody for 10 min at room temperature. A suggested positive control is HeLa cell lysate.
DNA-binding protein IKAROS functions in the specification and the maturation of the T lymphocyte. It also interacts with a critical control element in the terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase promoter as well as with the promoters for other genes expressed during early stages of B-cell and T-cell development.
