Anti-Hu–IFN-γ, clone 25723.11, is derived from the hybridization of mouse P3X-63-Ag8.653 myeloma cells with lymph node cells from BALB/c mice immunized with recombinant human IFN-γ.

Anti-Human Interferon-γ(Anti-Hu–IFN-γ) recognizes a 20- to 25-kilodalton (kd) glycoprotein.
