Suitable for sizing single-stranded RNA from 0.1 to 2kb in glyoxal or formaldehyde agarose gels

0.1-2kb RNA Ladder consists of ten bands in even increments (0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0kb) to simplify size estimation. The 0.3Kb band is more intense than the other bands, allowing easy orientation and identification of RNA bands on the gel. All RNA molecules in the ladder are polyA-tailed (40 nt) for convenient use as control templates for cDNA synthesis. Compatible with formaldehyde-containing, glyoxal-containing and polyacrylamide gels.
