Applications
Amberlite IRA-402(OH) ion exchange resin is a strongly basic gel-type anion exchange resin. It is used to adsorb uranium(VI) from sulphate, removal of cyanide and zinc cyanide. It is also used to produce perchlorate and the free nucleoside. Further, it is used for water conditioning.

Insoluble in water.
