Allergen Epitope Microarray with 4022 epitope specific peptides printed in duplicate. The microarray can be used for epitope mapping, serum screening or biomarker discovery.

  • Microarray Content: 4022 linear allergen epitopes based on 223 different allergens referenced in the Immune Epitope Database
  • Database Epitope Lengths: 5 to 53 aa
  • Microarray Epitope Lengths: 5 to 17 aa depending on the database epitope length; longer epitopes were translated into overlapping 17 aa peptides
  • Number of Peptides: 4022 printed in duplicate and HA, polio and c-Myc control peptides
