Description

Reduce contamination in high traffic areas. ITW Chemische CleanStep™ Adhesive Cleanroom Mats are constructed with either 30 or 60 layers. Each removable sheet has a consistent adhesive coating designed to trap particles and prevent transfer.

  • Designed to capture particulates from foot and wheel borne traffic prior to entry into cleanrooms or controlled environments
  • Provide a portable contamination control solution
  • Can be used with or without frames (sold separately)
  • Contain anti-microbial preservatives that prevent microbial growth
  • Consistent adhesive coating on each layer of 30 and 60 layer mats
  • Possible applications include cleanroom and critical environment entry points, gowning rooms or anterooms in the semiconductor, biotechnology, medical device, pharmaceutical processing, aerospace, and automotive markets
