Invitrogen™ ADAM17 Polyclonal Antibody

Description
A suggested positive control is Hela cell lysate. A 17 amino acid peptide near the carboxy terminus of human TACE. The PA5-19872 immunogen is located within the last 50 amino acids of TACE. Predicted molecular ~ 93kD. In Western blot applications, this antibody has been observed to detect a band at: 93-125kD (Post-modification: 9 N-linked glycosylation). Predicted species reactivity based on immunogen sequence: mouse (94.1%).
