The pIB/V5-His TOPO box contains 200ng of linearized and topoisomerase I-activated pIB/V5-His-TOPO vector, dNTPs, 10X PCR buffer, control PCR template and primers, forward and reverse primers for sequencing and PCR screening, salt solution, and pIB/V5-His/CAT. The box contains high-efficiency, single-use, 50μL aliquots of chemically competent TOP10 E. coli cells, S.O.C. medium, and pUC19 supercoiled plasmid control.

Offers five-minute cloning of Taq-amplified PCR products directly into the pIB/V5-His-TOPO expression vector

  • Includes Blasticidin resistance gene for rapid selection of stably transfected cell lines in two weeks
