Description
Carrier-Free Reconstitution: We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. This lyophilized protein should be reconstituted in sterile, distilled water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Further dilutions should be made in a buffered solution containing carrier protein, such as phosphate buffered saline supplemented with 0.1-1.0% BSA. Storage: This lyophilized preparation is stable at -20°C for up to 2 years from date of receipt. The reconstituted MCP-3 should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at ≤-20°C for up to 3 months with a carrier protein. Keep freeze-thaw cycles to a minimum.
