Description

The five position fluorescent turret adapter contains four combined sets of excitation and barrier filters.

  • Compound and trinocular
  • Fifth neutral position allows for standard brightfield viewing
  • External power supply powers the external lamphouse (HB0-100W mercury bulb)
  • Blue light filter is suitable for FITC fluorescent antibody observation, green light filter is suitable for TRITC fluorescent antibody observation
  • Adjustable condensing lens, iris diaphragm, anti-UV protection screen and a slide plate with two positions, closed and open for fluorescence light transmission
  • With fluorescence free oil, two spare fuses, instruction manual and blocking plate for stage
