Beautifully simple cloning is here
New one-buffer, one-protocol Invitrogen™ Anza™ Restriction Enzyme Cloning System
- One buffer for all restriction enzymes
- One digestion protocol for all DNA types
- Complete digestion in 15 min
- Overnight digestion without star activity
The Anza Restriction Enzyme Cloning System is a complete system of:
- 128 restriction enzymes
- 5 DNA-modifying enzymes
- T4 DNA Ligase Master Mix
- Thermosensitive Alkaline Phosphatase
- T4 Polynucleotide Kinase kit
- DNA Blunting Kit
- DNA End Repair Kit
All Anza restriction enzymes work together cohesively and are fully functional with the single Anza buffer.
All Anza restriction enzymes come with an Anza™ 10X clear buffer and an Anza™ 10X red buffer to give you the flexibility you require. The red buffer includes a density reagent containing red and yellow tracking dyes that migrate with 800 bp DNA fragments and faster than the 10 bp DNA fragments, respectively, in a 1% agarose gel. This eliminates tedious dye addition steps prior to gel loading and is compatible with downstream applications.*
*For applications that require analysis by fluorescence excitation, Anza 10X buffer is recommended, as the Anza 10X red buffer may interfere with some fluorescence measurements.
Invitrogen™ Platinum™ Taq Green DNA Polymerase
Invitrogen™ Platinum™ Taq Green Hot Start DNA Polymerase provides Platinum Taq DNA Polymerase with a 10X Green PCR Buffer. Platinum Taq DNA Polymerase is a convenient and reliable "hot start" thermostable DNA polymerase for PCR that provides enhanced specificity over that of Taq DNA Polymerase. The 10X Green PCR Buffer contains a density reagent and two tracking dyes and offers the convenience of direct gel loading of PCR products.
- High specificity and increased yields with antibody-mediated hot-start PCR
- Convenient room temperature reaction setup
- Direct gel loading with green PCR buffer
- Versatile formulation for broad range of amplicons
Features of Platinum Taq Green Hot Start DNA Polymerase include:
Stand-alone enzyme | 2X master mix | |
Without direct loading dye | Colorless | Colorless NEW! |
With direct loading dye | Green NEW! | Green NEW! |
About Platinum Taq DNA Polymerase
Platinum Taq DNA Polymerase is a recombinant Taq DNA polymerase complexed with proprietary antibodies that inhibit enzyme activity at room temperature, reducing nonspecific target amplification at lower temperatures. The polymerase is activated in a temperature-dependent manner (at 94°C) during the start of PCR. Once dissociated from the antibodies, theTaq DNA polymerase regains its full activity. Just as with Taq DNA Polymerase, Platinum TaqDNA Polymerase has a non-template-dependent terminal transferase activity that adds a 3' deoxyadenosine to product ends and has a 5'→3' exonuclease activity (but not 3'→5' exonuclease activity).
Using Platinum Taq Green Hot Start DNA Polymerase
Platinum Taq Green Hot Start DNA Polymerase is provided with the optional KB Extender to get more versatility in PCR assays with long, GC-rich, or problematic amplicons. The green PCR buffer used with Platinum Taq DNA
Invitrogen™ SuperScript™ IV Reverse Transcriptase
Introducing the most robust reverse transcriptase for RT-PCR and RT-qPCR. Why settle for second best, when there are top IV reasons to love Invitrogen™
SuperScript™ IV reverse transcriptase.
- Super efficiency – up to 100x higher cDNA yield from a wide range of sample types
- Super fast – 10 minutes reaction time.
- Super sensitivity – reduced Ct values by as much as 8 for RT-qPCR.
- And it works – resistance into a variety of reaction inhibitors
Sensitive, accurate, affordable
The Invitrogen™ Qubit™ 3 Fluorometer is the next generation of the popular benchtop fluorometer that accurately measures DNA, RNA, and protein using the highly sensitive Qubit quantitation assays. The concentration of the target molecule in the sample is reported by a fluorescent dye that emits a signal only when bound to to the target, which minimizes the effects of contaminants—including degraded DNA or RNA—on the result. The easy-to-use touch screen menus make it easy to select and run the assays you need, with results displayed in just a few seconds
Key features of the Qubit 3 Fluorometer include:
- Powerful, dual-core processor quickly and accurately quantifies DNA, RNA, and protein, in <5 seconds per sample
- Uses as little as 1 μL of sample
- Stores up to 1,000 sample results
- Large 5.7-inch state-of-the-art color touch screen for easy workflow navigation
- Ability to personalize your Qubit® Fluorometer with the assays you run most, add new assays, or even create your own with MyQubit
- Language of your choice including English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, simplified Chinese, and Japanese
