• Tricorn columns are designed for high resolution liquid chromatography of biomolecules performed at medium to high pressures
• Suitable for use with high performance media such as Sepharose High Performance, Superdex Prep Grade, and SOURCE
• The columns are available with inner diameters of 5 and 10mm, and in lengths from 20 to 200mm
• Column lengths of 300mm and 600mm are also available for the 10mm diameter columns
• The design and dimensions of the columns make them particularly useful for screening and polishing steps in protein purification
