Programmed cell death 1 (PDCD1), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in protein studies such as protein structure analysis and protein-protein interactions. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.

• Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA; immobilized recombinant human PDCD1LG2 at 1μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind human PDCD1-Fc chimera with a linear range of 7.8-1000ng/mL
• Formulation: Lyophilized in 140mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, 10mM Na₂HPO₄, 1.8mM KH₂PO₄, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween 80
