Fms-Related Tyrosine Kinase 4 (FLT4), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyopholized protein. It is suitable for use in protein studies such as protein structure analysis and protein-protein interactions. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications. Since this product is a truncated protein and does not contain intracellular catalytic activity domain, it is not suitable for use in enzyme activity studies.
  • Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA: 1. Immobilized human VEGF-C (Mfr. No. 10542-H08H) at 10μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind human FLT4-his, the EC50 of human FLT4-his is 0.011μg/mL; 2. Measured by its ability to bind human VEGF-D (Mfr. 10557-H08H) in a functional ELISA
  • Formulation: 140mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, 10mM Na2HPO4, 1.8mM KH2PO4, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween 80
  • Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
