Description
V-erb-a erythroblastic leukemia viral oncogene homolog 4 (ERBB4), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. In general, recombinant proteins are suitable for use in studying protein-protein interactions, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications. Since this product is a truncated protein and does not contain intracellular catalytic activity domain, it is not suitable for use in enzyme activity studies.- Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA; immobilized human ERBB3-Fc at 1μg/well can bind biotinylated recombinant human NRG1 with a linear range of 0.032-0.16μg/mL
- Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween-80
- Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
Shipping Condition: Room Temperature. This protein is manufactured by Sino Biological Inc.
