Carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 6 (nonspecific cross reacting antigen) (CEACAM6), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in protein studies such as protein structure analysis and protein-protein interactions. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.

• Activity: 1. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA; 2. Immobilized human CEACAM6-His (Mfr. No. 10823-H08H) at 10μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind biotinylated human CEACAM8-His, the EC₅₀ of biotinylated human CEACAM8-His is 0.17μg/mL
• Formulation: Lyophilized in 140mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, 10mM Na₂HPO₄, 1.8mM KH₂PO₄, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween 80
• Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
