Cluster of Differentiation 86 (CD86/B7-2), recombinant mouse protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in studying protein-protein interactions, and cell biology research applications. It can also be used as a protein standard.
  • Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA; immobilized human CD28 at 20μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind mouse CD86-Fc with a linear range of 6.4-160ng/mL
  • Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween 80
  • Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
