Specifications

Description

Cluster of Differentiation 4 (CD4), recombinant mouse protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in analysis of protein structure, and cell biology research applications. It can also be used as an immunogen, or as a protein standard.
  • Activity: Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cells; when 5 x 104 cells/well are added to CD4 coated plates (2.5μg/mL and 100μL/well), approximately 40-60 % will adhere specifically after 60 minutes at 37°C
  • Formulation: Lyophilized in 140mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, 10mM Na2HPO4, 1.8mM KH2PO4, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween 80
  • Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible

This protein is manufactured by Sino Biological Inc.
