Description
Cluster of Differentiation 200 receptor 1 (CD200R1), recombinant mouse protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in analysis of protein structure, studying protein-protein interactions, and cell biology research applications. It can also be used as an immunogen, or as a protein standard.- Activity: Measured by its ability to bind mouse CD200 in a functional ELISA; immobilized mouse CD200-His at 0.2μg/well can bind mouse CD200R1-His with a linear range of 0.8-4.0μg/mL
- Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween 80
- Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
