Description
This VLP protein is combinantion of the C, E1 and E2 sequences. Virus-Like Particles (VLPs) are a new form of protein expression that consist of protein shells with outer proteins that are specific to the given virus. VLPs are immunogenic but are non-infectious, lacking the primary genetic material of the virus. Additionally, VLPs more effectively activate aspects of the immune response, which improves immune stimulation and immunological memory.
