Quantity 2 plate kit

This kit uses pre-titered, matched pairs of coating and detection antibodies to achieve sensitive and accurate measurement of IFNγ levels in samples. Complete kit includes one pre-coated 96-well strip plate, lot-optimized reagents, calibrated recombinant protein standard, streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate solution, and stop solution. All components undergo quality control testing to minimize lot-to-lot variability. Kit is an alternate product for Cat. No. KRC4021.

  • Target: natural and recombinant rat interferonγ (IFNγ)
  • Assay range: 8 to 500pg/mL
  • Sensitivity: <2pg/mL
  • Sample types: cell culture supernatant, serum, plasma (with EDTA, sodium citrate, heparin)
  • Total assay time: 2.5 hours
  • Sample Volume: 50μL
  • Specificity: no significant cross-reaction with rat IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, MIP-1α, RANTES, or TNFα, or human or pig IFNγ. When preparations of NIH/NIBSC mouse IFNγ (lot Gg02-901-533) were evaluated in the Rat IFNγ ELISA Kit, 6250pg/mL mouse IFNγ was equivalent to 258pg/mL rat IFNγ (4.1% cross-reactivity)
