Description

eFluor® 660 is a replacement for Alexa Fluor® 647. eFluor® 660 emits at 659 nm and is excited with the red laser (633 nm). Please make sure that your instrument is capable of detecting this fluorochome. Excitation: 633-647 nm; Emission: 668 nm; Laser: Red Laser. Filtration: 0.2 μm post-manufacturing filtered. Interleukin 31, or IL-31 is a cytokine secreted by differentiated CD4+ T helper type 2 (Th2) cells. It is also released during inflammation of the skin, by macrophages and T cells. Because IL-31 is secreted by activated Th2 cells, it has a role in host defense against infection and may be involved in asthma, allergy and different types of bowel diseases.
