Description
Description: The mouse IgG3 lambda is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin. Applications Reported: This mouse IgG3 isotype control has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis and ELISA. Applications Tested: This mouse IgG3 isotype control has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. This can be used at 10 μL per test. A test is defined as the amount (μg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 μL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. . Excitation: 488 nm; Emission: 520 nm; Laser: Blue Laser. Filtration: 0.2 μm post-manufacturing filtered.
Mouse IgG3 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody that is produced by B cells in response to an antigen. It is the least abundant IgG subtype in the serum and plays a crucial role in the adaptive immune response. Mouse IgG3 is composed of two heavy chains and two light chains, and it is involved in opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity. It is also involved in the regulation of immune responses, including the activation of T cells and the inhibition of B cell activation. Mouse IgG3 is less commonly used in research and diagnostic applications compared to other IgG subtypes, but it is still used in some applications such as ELISA and immunohistochemistry.Specifications
