The Hoefer Wide-Mini Vertical Electrophoresis unit offers extra wide format ideal for quick, high throughput runs. With accessory divider plate you can complete a run of up to 112 samples in as little as 40 minutes.
- Maximum glass plate size 18 x 8 cm, permits rapid screening of up to 112 samples at one time
- Design permits gels to be surrounded uniformly by buffer so heat dissipation is efficient; bands are sharp and lanes are straight
- Accommodates denaturing or native polyacrylamide gels
- Run up to four second dimension gels suing IEF strips or tube gels
- Ideal for optimizing 2DE protocols
