• Prepacked with a thiophilic adsorption medium, 2-mercaptopyridine coupled to Sepharose™ High Performance medium
• Each column binds one-quarter egg yolk (100mg); columns can be connected in series for greater capacity
• Excellent recovery (approx. 80%) and purity (usually >70%)
• Designed for use with a syringe, peristaltic pump, or chromatography system
