Additional Details : Weight : 0.09500kg
DescriptionApplications Tested: This MJD2 antibody has been tested by immunhistochemistry of formalin-fixed paraffin embedded human tissue using low or high pH antigen retrieval and can be used at less than or equal to 5 μg/mL. This MJD2 antibody has been tested by immunocytochemistry of methanol-fixed and permeabilized human BT474 cells and can be used at less than or equal to 5 μg/mL. This MJD2 antibody has been tested by western blot analysis of reduced human BT474 cell lysate and can be used at less than or equal to 5 μg/mL. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. Purity: Greater than 90%, as determined by SDS-PAGE. Aggregation: Less than 10%, as determined by HPLC. Filtration: 0.2 μm post-manufacturing filtered. Protein tyrosine kinase that is part of several cell surface receptor complexes, but that apparently needs a coreceptor for ligand binding. Essential component of a neuregulin-receptor complex, although neuregulins do not interact with it alone. GP30 is a potential ligand for this receptor. Regulates outgrowth and stabilization of peripheral microtubules (MTs). Upon ERBB2 activation, the MEMO1-RHOA-DIAPH1 signaling pathway elicits the phosphorylation and thus the inhibition of GSK3B at cell membrane. This prevents the phosphorylation of APC and CLASP2, allowing its association with the cell membrane. In turn, membrane-bound APC allows the localization of MACF1 to the cell membrane, which is required for microtubule capture and stabilization.
