Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Brand: Affymetrix eBioscience 11-0498-41
Code : NEW
Additional Details : Weight : 0.23750kg
Description
Description: The eBioY418 (Y418) monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD49b, the 150-kDa, integrin alpha 2 subunit. The complex of CD49b non-covalently associated with integrin beta 1 (CD29), also known as VLA-2, is a receptor for collagen and laminin. This complex is expressed by lymphocytes, activated T cells, monocytes and platelets. Applications Reported: This eBioY418 (Y418) antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. Applications Tested: This eBioY418 (Y418) antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. This can be used at 5 μL (0.125 μg) per test. A test is defined as the amount (μg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 μL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. Excitation: 488 nm; Emission: 520 nm; Laser: Blue Laser. Filtration: 0.2 μm post-manufacturing filtered.
GTP-binding proteins (G-proteins) play a critical role in signal transduction by coupling receptors to effectors. The intracellular consequences of G-protein activation include second messenger generation, protein phosphorylation, ion channel activation, gene induction, cell growth, and differentiation. Gi belongs to the pertussis toxin sensitive G-proteins. Gi consists of three different subtypes of a-subunits (ai1, ai2 and ai3).Specifications
