CD42b, clone: HIP1, eBioscience™
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Brand: Affymetrix eBioscience 14-0429-82
Code : Z2
Additional Details : Weight : 0.01000kg
DescriptionDescription: The HIP1 monoclonal antibody reacts with the human CD42b molecule, a 135kDa transmembrane protein also known as platelet gpIb.Applications Reported: The HIP1 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis, in vitro blocking of human CD42b, immunoblotting (WB), and immunohistochemical staining. (Please use Functional Grade purified HIP1, cat. 16-0429, in functional assays.).Applications Tested: The HIP1 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of human platelets and can be used less than or equal to 1 μg per test. A test is defined as the amount (μg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 μL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibodies be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.Purity: Greater than 90%, as determined by SDS-PAGE.Aggregation: Less than 10%, as determined by HPLC.Filtration: 0.2μm post-manufacturing filtered.
