Description

Detection reagents used in BD™ CBA Human Enhanced Sensitivity Flex Set System consist of two parts, Analyte Specific Detection Reagent (Part A), provided with the Flex Set and Enhanced Sensitivity Detection Reagent (Part B), provided in Master Buffer Kit with all other supporting reagents. Buffers, detection reagent and instrument setup reagents provided in this kit have been optimized for analysis of analytes in tissue culture supernatants, plasma, and serum samples.

• Analyte working assay range: 274 to 200000fg/mL
• Should not be used with Flex Sets from any other BD CBA System such as soluble protein, cell signalling etc
• Available in pack sizes of 100 and 500 tests
