Optimized for fluorescent protein detection
At times it can be difficult to detect multiple fluorescent proteins and maintain the best signal detection due to emission signal overlap. This filter kit has been optimized for the detection of GFP in the BL1 channel with a 510/10 BP filter off of the blue laser, YFP in the BL2 channel with a 540/30 BP filter off of the blue laser, and mCherry in the YL2 channel with a 615/25 BP filter off of the yellow laser.
