Description
In Western Blot, this antibody recognizes a band at ∽98 kDa and may recognize one at ∽80 kDa (the beta form). Antigen retrieval is recommended (EDTA buffer, microwave) prior to IHC on paraffin tissues. This antibody does not immunoprecipitate.For IHC and ICC/IF a dilution of 1:200 is recommended with tyramide amplification; this antibody demonstrates nuclear staining. Suggested positive control: antigen standard for PRDM1 (transient overexpression lysate), P3X (murine plasmocytoma) cell lysates.
