Description

Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4oC in the dark. For FACS analysis, use 10 microliter of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 microliter. Mouse anti Human HLA DP DQ DR antibody, clone WR18 reacts with a monomorphic determinant common to DP, DQ and DR beta chains, which are expressed by antigen presenting cells, B cells, monocytes and activated T lymphocytes.

HLA-DR/DP/DQ Monoclonal antibody specifically detects HLA-DR/DP/DQ in Human samples. It is validated for Flow Cytometry.
