PA1-7213 detects all "e;O"e; and "e;K"e; antigenic serotypes of Escherichia coli. This antibody is unabsorbed and will cross react with related enterobacteriaceae. PA1-7213 is suggested for use in ELISA procedures. The PA1-7213 immunogen is mixtures of all antigenic serotypes. Recommended short term (6 months) storage is liquid at 2-8 oC. For longer term storage, aliquot and freeze.
