Description

Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4oC in the dark. For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL. Mouse anti Rat CD8α, clone MRC OX-8, recognizes the rat CD8 alpha cell surface antigen, expressed by a subset of T lymphocytes, most thymocytes and the majority of NK cells.

CD8 alpha Monoclonal antibody specifically detects CD8 alpha in Rat samples. It is validated for Flow Cytometry.
